My aim is always to provide excellent customer service and that is why I offer my Last Minute Gift Service, if you have forgotten an important occasion or you live outside the UK and would like to send a gift to someone here then my service is perfect for you. Provided your order is received by 4pm (weekdays only) then I guarantee to post your gift the same day.

Rosa Vita is situated within the UK, and delivery within the UK is included with the price, but wherever you live delivery costs are very reasonable and kept as low as possible!

Payments:
I accept payments by debit or credit card via Paypal. Please note that you do not need to open a Paypal account to pay via Paypal. I also accept cheques (UK bank only) and postal orders from within the UK.

I always aim to post items within 24 hours of receiving payment, if you choose my 'last minute gift service' then I will post your gift item by 1st class post on the day it is ordered, provided I receive the order by 4pm.

Return policy details:
I offer a full refund if you are not happy for any reason, please email me within 7 days of receipt, and then return the item in its original condition. Return postage costs are to be paid by the buyer unless the item does not match the description or is faulty in any way, in which case I will refund all postage costs.
