This gorgeous sterling silver ring has a 13mm x 11mm mother of pearl gemstone surrounded by small cubic zirconia on either side.
 
The overall decoration at the front of the ring measures approx. 20mm x 17mm and the band at the back of the ring is approx. 4mm wide.
